School grades don't always reveal how deeply a child understands mathematics. Our assessment looks beyond memorized formulas and routine exercises to evaluate mathematical understanding, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

During the assessment, we aim to:

- Evaluate Math Skills: Understand how well your child has mastered key concepts aligned with Ontario curriculum expectations.

- Identify Learning Gaps: Uncover areas where additional support may be beneficial, even when school grades are strong.

- Recognize Advanced Potential: Identify opportunities for greater challenges and deeper mathematical development.

What Happens After the Assessment?

Following the assessment, our instructor discusses your child's performance, explains the key strengths and areas for improvement, and provides personalized recommendations.

If Math Mastery School is a good fit, we can also recommend an appropriate program based on your child's current abilities and learning needs.

The assessment is free and takes up to 60 minutes at our Oakville location.
